Orders and Shipping
We’re a print on demand business, so things do take a little longer than usual. We do try fulfill our orders within 7 working days.
On our home page you will find our sign up form.
You can edit your account details via the “my account” section. If you realise you need to change your delivery address last minute please email us immediately.
We will send you a tracking number and you can track your order on the couriers website.
We do not keep any financial information on our data base. We use PayFast as the payment integrator.

We currently ship within South Africa only. If you wish to arrange shipping outside of South Africa, please contact info@fishingfean.co.za to make arrangements.

At Fishing Fean we are all about keeping things relative, competitive and vibey. This means that certain items will only be available for one sales cycle.
At times, our suppliers run out of stock for various reasons, in this event we will do our best to find a similar and suitable replacement.
In the event that we cant, we will issue a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges
We have a 7 days return policy. We do not offer a returns on remorse purchases.
Please double check the sizing chart before purchasing. If you are unsure of the sizing – please drop us an email and we can talk you through it.
Please note that we do not take accountability for damaged/lost/stolen items during the couriering process.
In the instance that a return is required, Fishing Fean will contribute 35% towards your total courier fee costs, once off.
We do our utmost best to ensure mistakes dont happen but we are only human. If you have received the wrong item, we will check it against the order placed and the item received. If Fishing Fean is indeed at fault, we will send you the correct item as soon as reasonably possible, at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us immediately. Where possible, all our stock goes through H/O and is checked and then sent to the client to avoid any mishaps.
We do not take accountability for damaged/lost/stolen items during the courier process. Please take this up with the courier company.
You will need email confirmation from Fishing Fean of the authorised exchange. Our courier will then come and collect the item from you and return it to H/O.

For items already couriered and we are unable pause the courier process, an additional courier fee and admin may be required.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel an order. All our orders are print on demand, please take note of the turn around times on all our items. This can take anything from 10-15 business days. We are dependent on 3rd party suppliers and economical challenges which can often affect our timelines. We will keep you notified of any challenges that arise along the way.
For cancellations, there will be a cancellation and administrative fee charged.
