Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.fishingfean.co.za! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy;

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed for shipping as soon as the custom work is done. We will keep communication lines following as much as we can during your shopping experience. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or load shedding woes  shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Courier Service Providers:

Whilst we try to use preferred suppliers like Courier Guy, Postnet or Pudo. There are times when this wont be possible and we will need to identify a supplier who provides the same service.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Kindly note that were possible, we will ship overnight (1-2 business days).

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within major cities with in South Africa, all orders and payments need to be paid by 9am of the same morning.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We are a print on demand business, that means each order is processed and printed when payment is made and then delivered.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Fishing Fean is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Fishing Fean is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. Once we have given the package over to the courier company, we are no longer responsible for your goods. If you received your order damaged/lost/stolen, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside South Africa.

If you require shipping outside of South Africa, arrangements need to be made with Fishing Fean’s operations team.
